This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for specialized engineering and defense technology positions throughout Sweden and the Nordic region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish hiring priorities and define the profiles of technical candidates.
• Develop targeted talent pipelines within the Nordic defense and advanced engineering markets.
• Identify and engage engineers specializing in electronics, embedded systems, communication technologies, sensing systems, and related disciplines.
• Provide insights into the market regarding talent availability and hiring challenges in the Nordic engineering sectors.
• Ensure a structured approach to candidate evaluation and maintain consistency in hiring decisions.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment pipelines and data within Personio.
• Proficient in both Swedish and English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
• Extensive experience in recruiting specialized engineering talent within the defense, aerospace, electronics, or advanced technology industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Swedish and Nordic engineering talent markets.
• Proven ability to build credible partnerships with senior engineering leaders and technical hiring managers in demanding technical hiring settings.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging highly specialized technical profiles.
• Highly organized and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.
