This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with founders and organizational leaders to shape and formulate effective hiring strategies.

• Challenge assumptions, offer insightful recommendations, and support decision-making throughout the recruitment process.

• Emphasize talent acquisition strategy and execution quality, bolstered by a dedicated Sourcer, a Talent Operations team, and Rockstar's AI-driven recruiting platform.

• Your role will not involve sourcing candidates or manually reviewing LinkedIn profiles; rather, you will ensure that hiring outcomes and client experiences meet high standards.

• This role prioritizes delivery. There is no focus on business development, sales quotas, or chasing placements. Your main duty is to ensure clients efficiently hire the right candidates with confidence.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, talent strategy, or client-facing roles. Previous experience in recruitment or talent operations is advantageous but not mandatory, as we appreciate strong operators from diverse backgrounds.

• A proven sense of ownership and accountability: you take initiative, own outcomes, and follow through until the results are evident.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of engaging effectively with U.S.-based leaders and clients.

• Comfortable questioning assumptions, providing guidance, and influencing decisions among senior leaders.

• Highly organized, thoughtful, and outcome-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Eager to learn, driven to grow, and enthusiastic about opportunities to make an impact and advance—this role can serve as a pathway to broader leadership positions within Rockstar.

• Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based companies and willing to work during U.S. business hours.
