This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete recruitment process for various roles - from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and hiring, all while prioritizing our people-first culture!

• Developing recruitment strategies that enhance our talent pool for both current and future hiring needs.

• Actively seeking out passive candidates across multiple job platforms; crafting and executing innovative, scalable global sourcing strategies, including outbound campaigns, talent mapping, and community engagement.

• Collaborating with Hiring Managers, interview panels, the People Ops team, and others to ensure an exceptional candidate-focused experience.

• Maintaining organization and up-to-date records in our ATS Greenhouse for efficient tracking of critical hiring metrics.

• Being receptive to collecting and sharing feedback with the team to continuously enhance our processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with hiring across various functions, including Product, Engineering, and Operations.

• Experience working with a globally distributed team is essential.

• Exhibit strong sourcing instincts and be fluent in sourcing strategies and contemporary tools.

• Think creatively, spearhead initiatives, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency at least at an upper-intermediate level.

• Familiar with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruitment methodologies.
