• Take full ownership of roles from start to finish

• Manage the agency's talent pool

• Control the screening process

• Lead the efforts to finalize hiring decisions

• Utilize an AI-driven hiring framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a startup environment

• Proven experience in technical recruiting

• Experience managing relationships with agencies

• Capability to make definitive hiring decisions confidently

• Strong technical understanding

• Comfort in working directly with founders.

• Preferred: Innovative, AI-focused sourcing methods

• Familiarity with hiring in the DACH and CEE technology sectors.

• Experience serving as the initial talent acquisition hire at an organization.
