This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Act as the reliable advisor that candidates depend on from initial contact to sustained success.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive candidate journey: including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ensuring ongoing staffer success.

• Oversee a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, track their productivity and engagement, address concerns, and champion each staffer’s long-term development.

• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and various other platforms.

• Evaluate applicants, conduct interviews, and determine both technical and cultural alignment.

• Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby while ensuring prompt and professional communication.

• Provide coaching for candidates preparing for client interviews and assist them throughout the offer process.

• Act as a candidate advocate during client interviews and onboarding procedures.

• Perform regular check-ins: weekly during Month 1, bi-weekly in Month 2, and monthly from Month 3 onward.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills; adept at establishing relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Empathetic, proactive, and able to excel in a fast-paced remote setting.

• Willingness to work a schedule of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

• Preferred: Familiarity with ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity tools.

• Previous experience supporting remote teams across different regions.
