Talent Partner Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and attraction channels.

• Evaluate resumes based on the requirements of the positions.

• Arrange interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers during the selection process.

• Conduct interviews focused on assessing competencies.

• Update information and track movements within the recruiting platform.

• Aid in the preparation and distribution of job offers to selected candidates.

• Monitor metrics and controls in the attraction area.

• Provide operational and administrative support to recruiters.

• Ensure effective communication and a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection or HR processes is advantageous.

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proactive with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.

• Comfortable working within a team and collaborating across various departments.

• Interest in building a career in Talent Attraction and Selection.
