This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process for positions in Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp team objectives and develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit top-tier talent across Product, Design, and Engineering through data-driven strategic outreach.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience by providing clarity, timely communication, and constructive feedback.
• Partner with Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards on interviewer training, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment analytics.
• Work across different regions and markets, understanding geographic differences and adjusting recruitment strategies to achieve high close rates.
• Assist leadership in establishing and monitoring recruiting KPIs and OKRs.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven track record of hiring within Product and Engineering sectors in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Successful history of sourcing and securing senior-level technical talent in Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design.
• Previous experience in recruiting for international or global markets is advantageous.
• A consultative, data-informed approach to advising hiring managers is essential.
• Capable of resolving issues with minimal supervision and proactively addressing challenges with context and perspective.
• Must be adaptable to rapid changes and able to shift direction as needed.
• Experience utilizing funnel metrics and data to guide hiring decisions and support KPIs and OKRs.
• A proactive attitude towards embracing AI and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Valid right-to-work authorization is required based on the country of employment.
