Talent Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and uphold precise talent records for team members.

• Monitor essential milestones, such as interviews, training sessions, post-training progress, and three- and six-month evaluations.

• Oversee the entire talent pipeline and ensure that candidates and team members are accurately tracked through each phase.

• Analyze employee departures, including reasons for leaving, to uncover recurring trends.

• Evaluate hiring results and match employee performance with insights collected during the interview phase.

• Recognize traits and patterns linked to successful hires.

• Identify frequent challenges faced by team members and potential deficiencies in the hiring and screening processes.

• Track early indicators among new hires, such as readiness for increased responsibilities and possible performance issues.

• Ensure data is accurate and well-organized to support hiring and talent-related decisions.

• Clearly and concisely communicate findings and operational insights.

• Collaborate efficiently across teams to uphold uniform talent operations processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, talent operations, people operations, or a similar operational role.

• Experience in a high-volume hiring or people operations setting.

• Demonstrated capability to develop, manage, and take ownership of operational systems.

• Strong aptitude for working with data, maintaining accurate records, and recognizing significant patterns.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convey findings clearly and concisely.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

• Comfortable assuming ownership of processes and seeing them through from inception to completion.

• Up-to-date resume showcasing relevant experience in talent operations, hiring, onboarding, people operations, or high-volume recruitment.
