This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that address both current and future staffing requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to onboarding — while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Create and sustain talent pipelines for essential and recurring positions.
• Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• Design and lead programs that enable staff to thrive and develop in their roles.
• Assess performance, deliver feedback, and create clear development pathways.
• Identify factors influencing satisfaction, motivation, and retention, and take action accordingly.
• Promote a culture that aligns with company values and emphasizes high performance.
• Oversee and mentor the Talent team; set clear objectives, provide guidance, and nurture future leaders.
• Collaborate with department heads to synchronize hiring efforts with workforce planning.
• Work closely with HR/Operations to ensure that policies and processes facilitate success.
• Monitor and report on time-to-hire, performance trends, and retention metrics.
• Continuously enhance recruitment and staff success processes using data and feedback.
• Provide insights to the Director of Operations and the broader leadership team.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment leadership as well as employee success and engagement leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
• Proven ability to cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and high-performance workplace.
• Proficient in working with data, including KPIs, dashboards, and retention analyses.
• Experience in leading and developing a team.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
