This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Act as the primary contact and advocate for a selection of influencer talent, overseeing daily relationship requirements.
• Create and implement tailored strategies for talent that foster each creator's development, positioning, and partnership objectives.
• Discover and propose brand partnership opportunities that resonate with the values, audience, and content style of the creators.
• Negotiate deal conditions, rates, and contract terms on behalf of the talent, ensuring equitable and competitive agreements.
• Assist talent throughout campaign briefings, content creation processes, and brand expectations to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and audience changes to proactively inform talent about opportunities and potential challenges.
• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with brand clients and agencies to enhance partnership possibilities for the talent roster.
• Monitor talent performance indicators and use data to position creators effectively within the market.
• Aid talent in refining their personal brand across various platforms through strategic advice and content direction.
• Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure seamless contract execution and prompt payments.
• 4–8 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
• Proven track record of building and managing a roster of creator talent.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a background in structuring and finalizing brand partnership agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of the influencer landscape, including platform dynamics, monetization methods, and content trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, capable of addressing the needs of both talent and brand clients.
• Strategic thinker able to align talent opportunities with overarching career and business objectives.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance indicators across major platforms.
• Experience in contract evaluation and working collaboratively with legal and finance teams.
