Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand creator portfolios by managing influencers and assisting talent in enhancing their platform visibility while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, prioritizing both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to facilitate talent bookings for campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and grow Grail’s talent roster.

• Operate independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of major social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Commitment to hard work and accomplishing tasks.

• Bonus: experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies.
