This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leading and strategizing intricate recruitment campaigns tailored for senior and specialized roles.
• Shaping and influencing the comprehensive recruitment strategy.
• Cultivating business and stakeholder relationships while providing strategic guidance and coaching.
• Crafting innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Establishing talent networks within the life sciences sector.
• Supervising the candidate assessment process.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Managing recruitment projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Offering thought leadership and insights regarding industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
• Promoting collaboration and effective communication throughout all levels of the organization.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate and/or search firm environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in advising and influencing senior leaders, including Sr Director and Executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven advanced proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in recruiting within the life sciences and/or clinical research industry, ideally with a focus on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Auditing.
