This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, develop, modify, publish, and maintain digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, transcripts, videos, activities, job aids, and associated resources.
β’ Convert subject matter expert content into clear learning objectives and accessible educational experiences.
β’ Facilitate both virtual and in-person learning sessions while reviewing materials to ensure clarity, accessibility, accuracy, and instructional quality.
β’ Offer daily advisory support for learning across Collette University and MCV U, including access, enrollments, assignments, completions, certifications, and learning status.
β’ Manage advisor accounts and learning paths, which include bulk uploads, enrollments, record updates, deactivations, assignments, and following up on SSO or learner-data issues.
β’ Create, revise, launch, monitor, and sustain advisor learning modules and pathways.
β’ Execute, verify, organize, and distribute completion and progress reports.
β’ Maintain reporting grids and learner tracking tools and respond to urgent reporting inquiries.
β’ Assist with Tour Manager onboarding, microlearning, ongoing development, curriculum roadmaps, module development, review cycles, updates, progress tracking, and resources through ASCEND and Collette University.
β’ Manage Tour Manager learner access, content updates, assignments, and reporting.
β’ Facilitate necessary learning administration, completion tracking, audit evidence, communications, manager guidance, reminders, and updates for country-specific content.
β’ Support Client Care training and lead Customer Service Foundations training when needed.
β’ Aid in Day 1 and ongoing onboarding by facilitating and updating orientation materials, maintaining regional benefits presentations, and coordinating schedules and communications.
β’ Promote learning initiatives related to AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other workplace technologies.
β’ Upload and configure LMS course materials, including files, resources, titles, descriptions, categories, assignments, learning paths, and learner-facing details.
β’ Collaborate with People & Culture, Marketing, Sales, Client Care, Tour Manager teams, and other business partners on reviews, updates, communications, schedules, and deliverables.
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance learner support and reporting, create reusable tools, and adapt responsibilities to meet changing organizational needs.
β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
β’ Experience in developing practical learning content, including digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, job aids, videos, communications, and supporting resources.
β’ Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
β’ Experience administering an LMS such as Litmos, Courseau, or similar platforms.
β’ Familiarity with user enrollments, assignments, courses, learning paths, content uploads, completion tracking, and reporting.
β’ Strong attention to detail when verifying learner data, course setup, assignments, reports, and learner-facing information.
β’ Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate learning completion and progress data through reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
β’ Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
β’ Capability to collaborate with subject matter experts and translate business content into learner-friendly resources.
β’ Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines.
β’ Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools and learning technologies.
β’ Eagerness to learn content-authoring, reporting, AI, and digital adoption tools.
β’ Service-oriented mindset, sound judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to providing an accurate and consistent learner experience.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting compliance learning, onboarding, customer service training, travel-industry learning, or technology adoption.
β’ Familiarity with using AI and emerging technologies in learning, content development, reporting, or process improvement.
