This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Examine talent data sourced from HRIS platforms, talent assessments, performance management systems, engagement surveys, and exit data to produce actionable insights.
β’ Create and uphold talent dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of talent initiatives and propose enhancements, iterations, and innovations.
β’ Recognize patterns and trends in talent data relating to attrition, engagement, performance, succession readiness, and workforce demographics.
β’ Deliver findings from talent analytics and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
β’ Utilize talent analytics tools and HR information systems to carry out projects, streamline processes, and enhance data integrity and accessibility.
β’ Participate in HR COE Talent Management workstreams.
β’ Formulate and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for talent management programs.
β’ Identify project risks, dependencies, and obstacles while devising mitigation strategies.
β’ Keep program documentation up to date, including process maps, standard operating procedures, communication plans, and evaluation frameworks.
β’ Monitor program outcomes, budget utilization, and return on investment while providing status updates.
β’ Promote continuous improvement by leveraging stakeholder feedback, industry best practices, and insights gained from experiences.
β’ Assist in organizational effectiveness and development initiatives by evaluating organizational health, team dynamics, and capability gaps.
β’ Aid in change management for talent management and workforce transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and adoption frameworks.
β’ Report to the Director of Talent Management and work collaboratively with HR and business-function stakeholders.
β’ Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years or more of relevant experience; Master's degree with thirteen (13) years or more of experience; PhD or JD with ten (10) years or more of experience.
β’ Possess an analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the capability to convert insights into actionable tools.
β’ Exhibit strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of leading multiple projects and collaborating effectively.
β’ Familiarity with employee listening or engagement strategies (e.g., survey platforms, analysis, insights) is a plus.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and highly collaborative environment.
