• Take ownership of and provide timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Harrier’s RPO and Project RPO accounts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Serve as the analyst and business partner during new client implementations: collect data and reporting requirements, design dashboards, develop automations, and transition clients to a clean, auditable reporting process.
• Produce commercial modeling, invoice reporting, and perform ad hoc analyses, including evaluating pipeline bottlenecks and sourcing performance.
• Lead Harrier’s AI-powered automation initiative by designing and deploying AI agents that manage report generation, data quality monitoring, and insight drafting for all client accounts, ensuring reports withstand scrutiny.
• Advocate for AI integration within the analytics function, identifying opportunities for natural language querying, predictive modeling, and agent-based workflows to replace manual processes, while guiding the team through these changes.
• Share insights on competitor knowledge, market trends, and risk assessments with talent partners and hiring managers as part of regular reporting.
• Contribute to Harrier’s comprehensive talent dashboard, providing leadership with a unified view of performance, resource health, and delivery risks.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or talent intelligence, preferably within an RPO, Project RPO, or in-house talent/analyst environment.
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel, with the analytical skills necessary to create, test, and validate dashboards that meet client expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering client requirements and leading new reporting implementations, capable of transforming a blank dashboard into a production-ready and auditable format.

• A genuine passion for AI and automation, having utilized AI tools to expedite analysis or reporting, and eager to develop and implement agent-based workflows rather than merely discussing them.
• Join a collaborative, purpose-driven national team where you can have a substantial impact on the business's overall success.
• Opportunities for professional and personal growth through our learning, development, and mobility programs.
• Engage in interesting projects, including talent acquisition reviews and recommendations, technology innovation, inclusion and diversity initiatives, employee value proposition optimization, and leading market research and thought leadership.
• Enjoy a supportive, flexible, and inclusive work environment.
• Access discounted health insurance.
