This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Carry out labor market analysis for designated roles, sectors, and geographic regions.
• Assess trends in talent supply and demand, skill availability, competitive hiring environments, and workforce dynamics.
• Investigate compensation benchmarks, salary trends, and market competitiveness.
• Review recruitment challenges and pinpoint opportunities to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Keep track of industry changes, economic trends, and workforce shifts that may influence recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and delivery leaders to create market intelligence for Recruitment Strategy Meetings and client consultations.
• Offer insights that assist in shaping sourcing strategies for challenging and high-volume positions.
• Aid in workforce planning discussions using data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Support the development of talent maps, competitor analyses, and candidate market overviews.
• Compile role-specific intelligence reports and talent insight summaries for recruiters and client stakeholders.
• Collect information from various data sources and ensure findings are accurate and relevant.
• Recognize trends, patterns, and actionable insights within recruitment and labor market data.
• Convert research findings into succinct executive summaries and client-ready recommendations.
• Maintain templates, dashboards, and standard reporting materials.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, strategy sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and workforce planning discussions.
• Develop visually engaging reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing initiatives through market research and competitive analysis.
• Stay updated on new recruitment technologies, labor market intelligence platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
• Discover new sources of talent intelligence and innovative methods to enhance insight generation.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to strengthen the team's market intelligence capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, workforce research, recruitment marketing, or a related area.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to verify information from various sources.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Preferred experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment advertising, or talent intelligence.
• Familiarity with labor market analytics platforms like Lightcast, LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, Horsefly, EMSI, or similar tools.
• Experience in creating presentations for executive-level audiences.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing, SEO, job boards, and employer branding concepts.
