Talent Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual final interviews lasting between 20 to 30 minutes with candidates for the Executive Assistant position.

• Evaluate candidates on their English fluency, communication style, confidence, professionalism, and their ability to think and respond in real-time.

• Assess the candidates' preparedness to communicate effectively with North American executives.

• Gauge cultural fit and the candidates' presence in client-facing scenarios.

• Provide star-rating feedback and written comments in Workable ATS, along with a recommendation on whether to advance candidates to the training phase.

• Identify borderline cases with justification to ensure uniform decision-making as volumes increase.

• Collaborate with Donna's Recruitment Team, particularly the Recruiting Lead, on final hiring decisions when necessary.

• Ensure a professional and respectful experience for candidates, regardless of the outcome.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native English speaker residing in the United States or Canada.

• Strong comprehension of North American workplace communication and business culture.

• Professional experience in a corporate setting within North America.

• Possess excellent communication, active listening, and judgment skills.

• Capable of delivering objective, well-articulated evaluations of candidates.

• Must be reliable and organized to consistently conduct interviews and provide timely feedback.

• Preferred: experience in interviewing, recruiting, hiring, talent assessment, corporate training, client management, executive or administrative support, or coaching professionals.

• Preferred: experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, Operations, or Executive Leadership.

• Preferred: experience in a startup environment or remote work.

• Must successfully complete around 20 hours of paid calibration training prior to being officially hired as an independent contractor.
