This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, engaging them through various platforms, evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with Practice Leadership and the staffing team to identify staffing requirements, define candidate profiles, devise effective recruitment strategies, and promote awareness of development opportunities within the practice.
• Develop and update job descriptions that accurately represent role expectations, align with the Firm’s culture, and highlight growth opportunities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with candidates and talent communities as the main point of contact, ensuring a positive and transparent experience while addressing current and future hiring needs.
• Work alongside Marketing to enhance employer branding, execute recruiting campaigns, and improve candidate communications.
• Oversee recruiting systems, manage candidate information, and maintain hiring data.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Shepley Bulfinch’s philosophy on career development, available learning resources, and growth prospects.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource to assist employees in discovering development opportunities available throughout the Firm.
• Collaborate with the People + Development team on initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and connectivity.
• Lead the Firm’s internship program.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent engagement, or similar people-oriented roles.
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships with candidates, employees, and leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and relationships effectively.
• Capability to balance long-term strategic planning with immediate and timely execution.
