Talent Coordinator, Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and arrange interviews for both hourly and non-hourly positions.

• Oversee candidate communications during the hiring process, ensuring prompt and professional follow-ups.

• Assist with remote hiring events (including confirmations, reminders, candidate tracking, and follow-ups).

• Conduct reference checks and deliver clear, structured feedback to the Talent team.

• Keep candidate data accurate and current in the ATS (Greenhouse).

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain process momentum.

• Identify and implement improvements for processes, tools, and the overall candidate experience.

• Enhance and refine workflows within the Talent Acquisition department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, customer service, or administrative support.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability.

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred).

• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
