Talent Attraction Specialist – Quality Assurance/Regulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implement a dynamic and effective sourcing strategy to uncover outstanding talent.

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing a variety of search engines, social media platforms, direct outreach, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.

• Proactively network and cultivate strong candidate pools across multiple positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates against client-specific requirements and organizational culture compatibility.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Manage and update administrative tasks, including data entry for the applicant tracking system and generating reports.

• Engage in special projects as designated.

• Prior experience in recruiting candidates within quality assurance and regulatory fields is required.
