Talent Attraction Specialist – Fixed-term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more locations.

📋 Description

• Implement a strategic and innovative sourcing approach to discover outstanding talent.

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.

• Establish networks and cultivate candidate pools for a variety of positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position criteria and alignment with organizational culture.

• Maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Keep administrative responsibilities up to date, including data entry and reporting in the applicant tracking system.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.

• Assist Wilson's recruitment and client delivery teams by sourcing, identifying, and presenting talent suited for various roles and experience levels.

• Collaborate with clients and recruiters in a dynamic recruitment environment.
