• Play a key role in formulating and executing global talent attraction strategies.

• Serve as the company's professional representative and first point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to grasp team requirements, culture, and values while providing strategic insights into recruitment.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhance the hiring process.
• Innovate and employ technology, including AI tools, to improve sourcing and selection workflows.
• Work alongside marketing and leadership teams to bolster the company’s employer branding and ensure alignment with hiring strategies.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuously refining hiring processes, enhancing the employer brand, and implementing best practices.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection, with a proven track record of successfully closing senior-level positions.
• Outstanding online candidate sourcing capabilities, utilizing global platforms and recruitment tools.
• Data-driven approach, with the capacity to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to guide decisions and enhance processes.
• Proven experience in utilizing AI tools or similar resources as part of daily operations in talent attraction, selection, recruitment, or other HR functions, including automation and process improvements.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies.
• Startup/scale-up mentality, motivated to achieve exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English is essential (both written and verbal).
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• A curious and agile mindset, able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
