This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Advocate for talent and prioritize their best interests.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and secure suitable talent based on their specific needs.

• Acquire opportunities, negotiate agreements, and finalize commercial arrangements across various areas (personal appearances, social media engagements, brand ambassador roles, and more) to ensure satisfaction for both clients and talent.

• Meet or surpass established monthly revenue goals.

• Expand the company’s talent roster by introducing new names across diverse categories while fostering excellent relationships with suppliers.

• Support colleagues working with talent to help them achieve or exceed their monthly revenue objectives.

• Increase talent fees and fulfill pre-agreed targets.

• Actively nurture talent and develop a valuable and varied personal roster.

• Address and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after engagements/activities.

• Continuously seek out valuable new clients, build robust relationships, and – in compliance with all data regulations – input client information into the company’s CRM system.

• Document and monitor all leads within the company’s CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to reach shared goals.

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing department to promote talent availability and share the latest updates.

• Frequently meet with new and existing clients.

• Attend events to network, expand the client base, and strengthen relationships.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for MN2S.

• Exhibit the company’s core values consistently in all daily activities.

• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) as a Talent Agent, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

• Ability to maintain a broader perspective while sharing knowledge and expertise with others.

• Serve as an exemplary role model.

• Proven capability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels.

• Highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and a passion for talent representation and the agency sector.

• Target-oriented.

• Strong collaborator and team player.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Solid business acumen and industry knowledge.

• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
