This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and recruit outstanding talents in the influencer sector that meet our agency’s criteria.
• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting your talents in enhancing their visibility, broadening their social media footprint, and uplifting their personal brands.
• Regularly achieve and surpass monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by facilitating remarkable commercial opportunities.
• Nurture and expand existing revenue channels while continuously seeking fresh, innovative ideas.
• Spearhead the negotiation and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships, advocating passionately for the best interests of your talents.
• Create customized personal branding strategies and social media growth techniques across various platforms to support your talents' success.
• Actively participate in the onboarding process for your talents to integrate them into the Dulcedo family.
• Collaborate closely with other Dulcedo team members on initiatives designed to enhance your talents’ success and establish memorable partnerships.
• Attend industry events and talent meetings beyond standard hours, fostering connections and keeping abreast of trends.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally managing your own talents or indirectly through PR and marketing from the brand perspective.
• Expertise in negotiating and facilitating the influencer marketing process to secure advantageous collaborations and opportunities.
• Established relationships within the PR, media, and influencer marketing industries on the brand side, focused on creating strategic partnerships to benefit talent rosters.
• Strong understanding of the industry landscape, including the ability to identify promising individuals to represent and proactively build connections.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics to boost talent visibility and spur growth.
• Proficient in reviewing contracts to safeguard and promote talent interests, ensuring favorable terms and clear agreements.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with poise and flexibility.
• Outstanding capability to establish genuine connections and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of personalities.
• A fervor for the industry, with the capacity to excel in a demanding role that necessitates commitment, flexibility, and readiness to communicate with talent at any time.
• A business degree in Administration, Law (a significant asset!), Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
