This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Go-to-Market (GTM) and Sales hiring managers by actively gathering, analyzing, and utilizing external talent insights and internal data to set expectations, suggest optimal hiring strategies, and promote alignment with hiring teams.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for GTM roles, leveraging your business insight to identify, proactively source, and secure qualified candidates.
• Advise hiring teams on best interview practices, assisting in the development of structured interview plans and panels that utilize skills-informed assessments while reducing bias.
• Establish and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with GTM hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other cross-functional collaborators.
• Leverage AI, tools, and technology to remain informed about recruiting best practices, emerging sourcing methods, interview innovations, and workplace trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey and experience through well-defined processes, providing consistent, values-aligned communication throughout all interview stages.
• Effectively and diplomatically communicate and negotiate across offer structures, including equity and variable compensation (commission).
• Experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting within global software or similar tech companies, filling positions such as account executives (new business and strategic), solutions/presales engineers, or sales development representatives.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to influence and set expectations at the level of hiring managers.
• Intermediate proficiency in utilizing talent data analytics and market intelligence to guide evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and uncertain environment with some oversight and guidance.
• Skilled at managing searches across multiple open roles with varying levels of urgency while proactively sourcing and building sales talent pipelines.
• Demonstrated capability to assess and validate candidate skills within a semi-defined framework while serving as a Twilio brand ambassador.
• Proficient in ATS/CRM platforms, candidate relationship management, and AI-driven recruiting tools and technologies.
