This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Formulate go-to-market (GTM) strategies, frameworks, and tactics to enhance overall effectiveness.
β’ Partner with Product and cross-functional teams for successful new product launches.
β’ Design, implement, and oversee sales enablement and readiness initiatives.
β’ Oversee client engagement strategies throughout the purchasing journey.
β’ Create communication plans to convey key messages to partners and clients.
β’ Develop external-facing tools and materials for Sales teams.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights and support.
β’ Offer insights and expertise to the Corporate Marketing team.
β’ Track key GTM metrics that correlate contributions with value drivers.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of five years' experience in developing strategies and tactics in go-to-market, marketing, product management, or a similar field.
β’ Exceptional written, storytelling, and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong skills in creative and content development.
β’ An entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
β’ Capable of operating and thriving in ambiguous situations.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Strong business instincts complemented by a capacity for calculated risk-taking.
β’ Excellent collaboration skills with individuals across all levels and positions.
β’ Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
