This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement global go-to-market strategies for Striim's platform, solutions, and AI-driven innovations in Application & Data Modernization, Event Stream Processing, and Enterprise AI applications.
• Create customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and value frameworks that resonate with key technical and business decision-makers, including CIOs, CDOs, Enterprise Architects, Database Administrators, and Data Engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Alliances teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap priorities with market demands, customer needs, and revenue goals.
• Lead product launches from conception to execution, encompassing platform updates, AI features, and solution improvements, while establishing success metrics related to pipeline generation, adoption, and ARR impact.
• Simplify complex technical capabilities—including CDC, real-time streaming, data integration, AI agents, and observability—into clear and differentiated business value propositions.
• Design and uphold messaging frameworks that convey measurable outcomes such as accelerated cloud modernization, reduced total cost of ownership, enhanced AI readiness, quicker time-to-value, and minimized operational risk.
• Create and sustain impactful sales enablement materials, including battlecards, competitive positioning documents, pitch decks, demo narratives, ROI calculators, customer presentations, and executive messaging.
• Directly partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Alliances teams on strategic enterprise opportunities to enhance deal velocity, competitive edge, and win rates.
• Track industry trends, competitive shifts, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, and other enterprise markets.
• Conduct competitive assessments against Oracle GoldenGate, Confluent, Fivetran, custom Kafka architectures, and emerging real-time AI and data platform competitors.
• Provide actionable market intelligence and customer insights that shape product strategy, roadmap decisions, and go-to-market execution.
• Represent Striim at analyst briefings, webinars, conferences, customer advisory boards, cloud partner events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the customer and market within the organization, guiding future product innovation and strategic investment choices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and technical subject matter experts to produce thought leadership content that enhances Striim's market standing and category leadership.
• Utilize modern AI-enabled workflows and tools to expedite content creation, competitive analysis, enablement development, and go-to-market execution while upholding high quality and accuracy standards.
• 8–12 years of experience in B2B software product marketing, including at least 3 years in a Senior Manager, Director, or similar leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in marketing enterprise software solutions within fields such as data infrastructure, data integration, data streaming, analytics, cloud platforms, developer tools, AI/ML, or similar technology categories.
• Track record of successfully leading end-to-end product launches that yielded measurable business results, including pipeline growth, revenue impact, customer adoption, or market expansion.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise buying processes and the ability to craft messaging that resonates with both technical and executive audiences.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to develop messaging, narratives, and sales content that drive action.
• Experience in creating sales enablement programs and materials that enhance seller effectiveness and support enterprise deal cycles.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or comparable consultative selling frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with hyperscaler partner ecosystems, including Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services, through joint go-to-market and co-sell initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, high-growth environment while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven use of AI-enabled productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gong AI, or similar technologies to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
