This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Delivering administrative assistance to the talent acquisition process through both pre-hire and post-hire tasks.
• Coordinating a range of logistical and recruitment activities to support a specific client program or teams.
• Aiding in the recruitment and interview procedures.
• Conducting phone interviews and documenting candidate responses, effectively determining their suitability for the recruitment process based on position requirements.
• Formulating interview schedules to guarantee that qualified candidates are assessed.
• Updating candidate statuses in the relevant recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.).
• Promptly reviewing applicants who have submitted their applications via the ATS.
• Organizing complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers.
• Managing the offer process, which includes creating and routing the offer letter and presenting the offer to the candidate.
• Coordinating candidate background checks, medical evaluations, and reference checks.
• Arranging travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates.
• Overseeing various aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
• Accurately editing and posting positions to the ATS within designated timeframes.
• Administratively managing the posting of roles to candidate generation channels.
• Ensuring the recruitment team is kept updated on progress, while escalating any concerns or obstacles.
• Providing metric and pipeline reporting.
• Offering additional administrative support to the recruitment team as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator is preferred.
• Experience in a business or office setting.
• Background in customer service or administration is preferred.
• Strong skill set and competencies in recruitment administration.
• Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and organize personal workload.
• A strong desire to deliver high-quality customer service to both colleagues and clients.
• Remote work flexibility from HU.
