This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management leaders to design and configure the logic for the estimating and ordering system.

• Oversee the configuration of factory product costs, labor, and local purchasing.

• Coordinate system improvements and address bugs through the ServiceNow ticketing system.

• Assist in testing for quarterly global system releases and manage the resolution of issues.

• Act as the product subject matter expert and provide support to functional teams.

• Promote continuous enhancement of eLog and simplify product offerings.

• Facilitate training for the eLogistics product and manage the associated help documentation.

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing complex CPQ logic.

• In-depth knowledge of elevator systems and their components.

• Demonstrated ability to convert intricate technical requirements into configuration rules.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a background in troubleshooting.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
