This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for open roles: sourcing, interviewing, overseeing the hiring process, negotiating offers, and more.
• Ensure a stellar candidate experience from the initial introduction through to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously enhance the hiring process.
• Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain and organize recruiting databases efficiently and systematically.
• Build and sustain a constantly replenished pipeline of top-tier talent through various strategies, including networking within the community, reaching out to or visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and nurturing ongoing relationships with quality candidates who may be suitable for future roles.
• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within prestigious Internet companies or agencies.
• Experience in Business/Corporate Talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
• Expertise in modern sourcing and selection methodologies.
• Experience in market mapping for global or Asian markets.
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious hiring objectives.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently.
• A positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
