Talent Acquisition Specialist – Project-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to grasp job requirements and expectations.

• Identify and source candidates through various platforms.

• Conduct screening, interviews, and evaluations of candidates, including pre-screening activities.

• Support the hiring process by updating recruitment documents and coordinating New Hire Orientation (NHO).

• Continuously enhance Talent Acquisition processes and remain informed about industry trends.
