• Support the hiring process by updating recruitment documents and coordinating New Hire Orientation (NHO).
• Continuously enhance Talent Acquisition processes and remain informed about industry trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A genuine passion for recruiting.

• Dependability and adaptability to schedule changes.
• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Prior recruiting experience is preferred.
