This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Coordinating placements at the facility level for students enrolled in nursing or technician programs seeking internships, as well as global nurses.
• Providing support to students throughout their internship experience and documenting key findings and metrics.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Continuously enhancing processes and maximizing the use of systems and technology.
• Fostering strong relationships with educational partners and local DaVita teammates to implement Talent Partnership programs effectively.
• Adhering to the established process for placing student interns and global nurses on a monthly basis.
• Working in tandem with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify obstacles to placement and devise solutions.
• Ensuring frequent and transparent communication with field and school stakeholders, which includes scheduling calls and sending follow-up emails.
• Raising placement barriers to managers while proposing solution-oriented strategies to enhance market performance.
• Utilizing data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions within the market.
• 2–4 years of work experience, accompanied by a high school diploma or GED.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Capability to leverage data for performance analysis and problem resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior-level audiences and external stakeholders.
• Ability to cultivate trust, promote collaboration, and inspire change across diverse teams.
• Effective identification and prioritization of work tasks, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in independently setting and achieving goals across multiple programs.
