Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM, Fixed-Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, which includes positions such as SDRs, Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Commercial Enablement roles.

• Create sourcing strategies and cultivate diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and networking efforts.

• Collaborate with GTM leaders and HR partners to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of candidate information in the ATS (Greenhouse or Workable), adhering to internal compliance protocols.

• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and regular feedback mechanisms.

• Lead process enhancements and leverage data-driven insights to improve GTM recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively with global colleagues to exchange best practices and assist with broader recruitment initiatives as necessary.

• Report directly to the Global Manager of Commercial Talent Acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a commercial or GTM-oriented setting.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates throughout North America; international hiring experience (LATAM/EMEA) is advantageous.

• Background in payments, fintech, or SaaS recruitment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse or Workable), and AI-powered sourcing tools.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, organization, and communication, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, global environment.

• A collaborative approach with the ability to adapt priorities across various regions and time zones.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), as communication with colleagues, clients, and strategic partners spans multiple geographies.
