This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with overseeing and enhancing post-selection hiring operations.
• Utilize independent judgment to ensure that hiring processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
• Collaborate across various functions, including Recruiting, HR Operations, and Onboarding, to enhance hiring results.
• Take responsibility for the complete post-selection hiring workflows, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Proactively prioritize candidate pipelines and address any workflow bottlenecks.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or hiring support.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, transactional environment is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple candidates at the same time.
• Comfort in using HR systems; experience with Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Preferred experience includes supporting hourly, frontline, or seasonal hiring initiatives.
