This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify both current and future hiring requirements.
• Anticipate workforce trends and create proactive recruiting strategies to fill talent gaps.
• Provide insights on talent market trends, candidate availability, and best hiring practices.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial intake to final offer.
• Implement and manage screening, interviewing, and selection procedures.
• Guarantee a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience for all stakeholders.
• Discover and utilize new and diverse sourcing channels.
• Develop strong talent pipelines through both tactical and strategic sourcing methods.
• Actively seek out passive candidates and nurture relationships for present and future roles.
• Engage in workforce forecasting and recruitment planning efforts.
• Formulate and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Enhance recruitment processes and outcomes continuously.
• Lead or contribute to various talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Handle a significant volume of requisitions across diverse job types and complexities.
• Maintain organization and follow-through in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree (Strongly Preferred).
• At least 2 years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is required to be considered for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative partnership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle a high volume of requisitions.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-impact talent.
• Dedication to inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Virginia and North Carolina.
• Residency within 50 miles of Virginia Beach, VA is strongly preferred.
