This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for roles across various functions and locations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with hiring managers while addressing recruitment challenges.
• Evaluate and screen candidates, presenting qualified individuals to hiring managers.
• Manage communications with applicants and candidates throughout the selection process.
• Organize interviews, prepare candidates, and collect feedback post-interview.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring positions are accurately advertised both internally and externally.
• Spearhead the employment offer process, which includes formulating, negotiating, and extending job offers.
• Track and audit the transition from candidate to new hire, including interviews, reference checks, assessments, background checks, and drug tests.
• Prepare weekly status reports and conduct quarterly on-site evaluations with pharmacies and business units.
• Establish outreach partnerships and recruiting pipelines with local communities, educational institutions, and organizations.
• Advocate for the employee referral program.
• Provide support, training, and resolution for talent acquisition systems.
• Assist with additional HR projects as required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources management, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting within a top-tier organization.
• Practical experience with ATS; Workday is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, with a strong familiarity with Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Clear communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
• Capability to work consultatively.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Quality-focused; driven to identify errors and question inaccuracies.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, by air and ground, as needed.
