• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while assisting in the development of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and ambitions of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.
• Global Talent Scouting: Aid in mapping and engaging elite talent from leading tech hubs and organizations globally. You will identify and connect with candidates who are not actively applying through strategic outreach and robust networking.
• Smart Sourcing: Assist in implementing an AI-first recruitment stack. You will leverage tools, ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover exceptional talent.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide to ensure we remain ahead of hiring requirements as we continue to scale.
• Take ownership of the candidate journey, from the initial discovery call to the final offer. Ensure every interaction with EverAI, regardless of whether candidates join us or not, is clear, respectful, and of high quality.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, providing concise, actionable feedback for Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring processes, eliminate obstacles, and strengthen operations as we expand beyond 100 employees.
• Contribute to innovative initiatives and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the world’s leading AI talent.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in the tech sector.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Proven global sourcing experience: You have successfully attracted talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• You excel in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, enhance processes, and make a meaningful impact.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Action-oriented mindset - we move quickly and require individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.
• Humble - eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
• #NSFW - comfortable recruiting for products based on uncensored models and content.
• Bonus points: Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI landscape; exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives.
• 4 weeks (20 working days) of paid time off (PTO) annually to recharge and reset.
