This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Identify and attract exceptional talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Organize and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend hiring requirements, outline ideal candidate profiles, and synchronize recruitment strategies.
• Draft and enhance engaging job descriptions that align with business objectives and company culture.
• Offer market insights, talent trends, and hiring suggestions to enhance hiring efficiency and competitiveness.
• Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience at every recruitment stage.
• Oversee offer processes, including discussions on compensation and negotiations with candidates, in line with company policies.
• Assist with onboarding processes to guarantee the successful integration of new employees into the organization.
• Track and update accurate recruitment data within ATS platforms and hiring systems.
• Continuously refine recruitment workflows to boost efficiency, shorten time-to-hire, and enhance hiring quality.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline performance to leadership teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations roles.
• Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Lattice, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Experience in implementing or utilizing AI solutions and automation in recruiting or HR processes is highly regarded.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple hiring processes at once.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
• Capability to work independently in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is advantageous.
