This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers to comprehend departmental requirements.
• Source, pipeline, and assess resumes to evaluate candidates' specialized skills and qualifications.
• Conduct interviews utilizing various methodologies (e.g., structured interviews, technical evaluations, behavioral inquiries).
• Lead recruitment initiatives that significantly enhance workforce quality and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to anticipate departmental objectives and develop targeted hiring strategies that support company growth.
• Proactively source, pipeline, and evaluate resumes to pinpoint candidates with specialized skills aligned with strategic needs.
• Perform structured interviews using diverse methodologies to identify top-tier talent.
• Establish clear timelines and objectives with hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Leverage Advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to engage effectively with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Write compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates and accurately represent role requirements and company culture.
• Identify the best channels for advertising job openings, including professional associations and social media platforms.
• Represent the organization at external recruitment events to boost brand visibility.
• Manage applicant responses and coordinate interview schedules for a seamless candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in global recruiting, demonstrating notable success.
• Proven background in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grasp of various recruitment methodologies and techniques to enhance hiring effectiveness.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in utilizing Greenhouse and UKG Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to guide decision-making and strategy.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
• Experience in building and sustaining a positive employer brand to attract top talent.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment while contributing to overall HR objectives.
