• Develops, trains, and supports personnel in the distributor network.

• Employs Axalta paint and material account management tools.
• Oversees overall selling expenses within the allocated budget.
• Stays updated on industry trends.
• Encourages and exemplifies teamwork among colleagues.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the industry is required.
• A valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Proficient computer skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of body shop operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication abilities.
• Capable of selling, influencing, and negotiating with clients.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Solid business background and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Active listening skills are necessary.
• Up to 75% travel is required.
• This is a remote-based role, ideally located in Connecticut.
