Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates for roles in content, editorial, brand partnerships, commercial, finance, and technology.

• Develop candidate pipelines for crucial and challenging-to-fill positions prior to their opening.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, social media platforms, and online communities for sourcing.

• Conduct talent mapping within digital publishing, social-first media brands, and creator enterprises.

• Craft personalized outreach messages highlighting the advantages of working at Pubity.

• Collaborate with the UK talent team to establish role briefs.

• Provide the UK talent team with interested candidates along with detailed notes.

• Maintain up-to-date records in Teamtailor and contribute to enhancing sourcing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, primarily in sourcing.

• Expertise in sourcing candidates beyond LinkedIn, including portfolio websites, GitHub, and creator platforms.

• Proven ability in talent mapping and establishing pipelines of passive candidates.

• Strong understanding of social-first media, digital publishing, and social media landscapes.

• Excellent written English, with outreach that conveys a personable tone.

• Capability to source a variety of roles, including creative, commercial, and technical positions.

• Experience working with a UK-based business or within an international talent team (preferred).

• Practical experience with Teamtailor or a comparable ATS (preferred).

• Confidence in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency (preferred).
