This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct outbound outreach to: Business Development (BD) leads, candidates, and consultants.
• Leverage various channels including: Email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls.
• Arrange: Discovery calls with potential clients and interviews with qualified candidates.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups to enhance engagement and response rates.
• Keep accurate and real-time records in: Zoho CRM (leads, opportunities, outreach activities) and Zoho Recruit (candidate profiles, interview notes).
• Facilitate the transition of: BD leads to qualified opportunities and candidates to client submissions.
• Aid in pre-sales coordination and ensure internal alignment prior to client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of briefing documents before discovery calls.
• Guarantee a smooth handoff of: Qualified leads to BDMs and screened candidates to recruiters/hiring managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment (experience in consulting or life sciences is preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting professional emails and outreach messages.
• Demonstrated experience in: Candidate-facing communication (screenings, interviews) and client-facing communication (calls, outreach, coordination).
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems (Zoho preferred), with a proven track record in data entry and pipeline management.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable executing structured outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other digital channels.
