This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to efficiently build candidate pipelines and oversee complete search processes.
• Assess technical profiles as necessary.
• Lead recruitment efforts for business, G&A, and go-to-market positions across middle management, specialists, and associates.
• Ensure impeccable documentation in Greenhouse and maintain talent tracking systems.
• Manage the recruitment desk utilizing funnel metrics and a diverse channel mix.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse (Essential).
• Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• A data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Ability to work with speed and agility.
• Outstanding communication and interviewing skills.
