• Strategically identify and attract top-tier candidates using both passive and active sourcing methods for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and sustain a strong candidate pipeline to meet both current and future recruitment needs.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from requisition intake to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and to create engaging job descriptions.
• Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to OFCCP, EEO, and other relevant regulations, while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.
• Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate engagement.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the Talent Acquisition team’s service delivery, such as process enhancement projects, the implementation of new tools or technologies, and the development of best practices.
• Foster a positive candidate experience by engaging with candidates in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Assist in formulating offers for candidates in alignment with company budget guidelines and equitable pay standards.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to grasp team needs and position expectations.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers while providing recruitment advice, guidance, and training.
• Provide weekly updates on recruitment activities to the People and Culture team and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with People and Culture colleagues to facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
• Execute additional project-related and administrative tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in technical recruiting.
• Capability to quickly develop meaningful relationships.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain adaptable in response to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the talent acquisition process and continuous improvement.
• Experience with one or more ATS systems.
• Background in compensation negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
