• Enhance Smartcat's talent pool by recruiting outstanding individuals through an AI-driven, data-centric hiring methodology.
• Collaborate closely with leaders in Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and General & Administrative sectors to identify, attract, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent who excel in dynamic, high-responsibility settings.
• Influence the future of Smartcat's recruiting strategies by utilizing AI, automation, and market intelligence to perpetually refine hiring processes.
• Over 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup context.
• Proven experience in recruitment across both Go-to-Market and Research & Development divisions.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate and high-priority recruitment searches in rapidly evolving environments.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize recruitment results.
• Strong skills in sourcing and talent mapping across diverse channels and markets.
• Exceptional written communication and cold outreach abilities.
• Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills from managerial to executive levels.
• Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable operating in environments characterized by ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid growth.
