This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of recruitment initiatives for our clients.
• Integrate closely with processes, systems, and hiring teams.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment projects from briefing to offer stage.
• Enhance the speed and reliability of recruitment processes.
• Establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
• Utilize modern tools such as Granola, GPT, or Claude to refine processes.
• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in recruitment.
• A minimum of 2 years of independent full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of filling commercial positions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Accountable for recruitment from briefing to offer stage.
• Experience in dynamic environments such as startups, scale-ups, or consulting firms.
• Ability to work in a structured and transparent manner: scorecards, pipeline updates, weekly reports.
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
• Significant responsibilities within a small team.
• True flexibility, with the option to work remotely from Germany.
• Occasional travel to Berlin or to client locations is part of the job.
• Work from anywhere, with the option to temporarily work from other locations.
• 30 days of vacation.
