This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming, time-critical cyber incidents.

• Oversee specified intake channels and respond within the required timelines.

• Facilitate swift scoping discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as the main client-facing communication representative during the early phases of incidents.

• Gather, arrange, and document pre-scoping and intake data for operational readiness and SOW preparation.

• Establish and manage secure internal communication platforms for ongoing incidents.

• Monitor incident progress, action items, and dependencies, ensuring continuous movement on cases.

• Coordinate secure data exchange processes and internal transitions post-approvals.

• Keep detailed case notes, timelines, and communication records throughout the lifecycle of incidents.

• Report risks, obstacles, and critical issues to the appropriate internal parties.

• Adjust swiftly and perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or comparable work experience.

• Technical expertise in cyber threat analysis and research.

• Excellent client relationship management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing and high-pressure scenarios.

• Capability to remain organized and detail-oriented while overseeing multiple active incidents.

• Ability to think swiftly, prioritize efficiently, and maintain composure under stress.

• Professional discretion and judgment when managing sensitive information.

• Commitment to follow-through and accountability.

• Prior experience in crisis management, incident response coordination, cybersecurity, investigations, or high-stakes client services is preferred.

• Knowledge of secure communications and handling sensitive or confidential information is preferred.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in urgent or time-sensitive scenarios is preferred.
