Tableau Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and manage Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Convert business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.

• Integrate and evaluate data from various sources to facilitate operational and leadership reporting.

• Assist with data validation, testing, and quality assurance processes.

• Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to provide comprehensive reporting solutions.

• Support Power Platform environments and enhancements related to reporting.

• Diagnose and resolve issues concerning reporting, data, and dashboards.

• Maintain documentation and promote initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• An active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree along with 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Proven experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Background in working with relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.

• Experience in gathering requirements and transforming business needs into analytics solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments is preferred.

• Tableau certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.

• Experience in supporting Federal or DoD programs is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control tools is preferred.
