This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment: Direct and manage the recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of exceptional talent through efficient sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
• Support both volume and strategic hiring initiatives for critical roles across various functions and levels within the designated region.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to accurately assess hiring requirements.
• Lead and Develop Recruitment Team: Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to guarantee optimal performance.
• Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere focused on teamwork and proactive problem-solving.
• Implement targeted sourcing strategies to develop inclusive talent pipelines.
• Optimize Recruitment Processes: Regularly assess and propose enhancements to recruitment methodologies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Promote Cross-Regional Collaboration: Ensure consistent recruiting practices across different regions.
• Manage External Partners: Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and other external vendors.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations.
• Provide Insights to Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on recruitment trends.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in leading talent attraction strategies within manufacturing or supply chain sectors, particularly in Sourcing, EHS, and Quality.
• Strong understanding of site-specific details such as shift patterns, local labor markets, employee relations considerations, and workforce volume variations.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrated capability to lead hybrid recruitment teams.
• Proven track record of enhancing performance through effective SLA/KPI management and process optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, including leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract talent.
• Ability to create and execute recruitment plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Established ability to cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external vendors.
• Experience in advising and influencing key stakeholders regarding talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices.
• Extensive experience utilizing recruitment metrics and data analytics to evaluate performance.
• Capacity to utilize labor market insights and internal data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
