Manager, Commodity Management – Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the commodity and supplier growth strategy for direct products.

• Conducting RFQs, performing bid analyses, providing recommendations, and overseeing the execution of pricing strategies.

• Developing and managing multi-supplier contract strategies, including price negotiations and legal terms.

• Collaborating with operational, engineering, and program management teams to ensure successful introduction of new programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a university degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain/Sourcing/Commodity Management, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.

• Experience in contracting and/or negotiations.

• Ability to analyze data and create presentations using MS software (MS Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience working with ERP systems.
